Your Application will be processed once the form has been submitted together with supporting documentation. Each applicant over 18 years must submit an individual Application Form. The Application is subject to approval and may take approximately 24 hours during Monday-Friday to process.
Please submit only one application form for each adult applying. If you miss out on the cabin you want but another cabin is available at a similar price, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Documents needed to accompany the Application are:
- 100 points of identification. This includes a primary document, that is photo identification being a Drivers Licence, Passport, Keypass or Proof of Age Card.
- Secondary identification document, including Medicare Card, Seniors Card, Marriage Certificate, Change of Name Certificate, Australian Citizenship Certificate, Australian Visa, Birth Certificate
- Proof of Income being two consecutive payslips and/or your Centrelink Statement of Income.
- Proof of Residency, being a utilities (household) bill, Council Rates or lease agreement.
Please note the weekly rent does not include utilities being electricity and gas. These charges are separately metered and will be added to your account weekly.
Should your application be successful we will require the following payment:
- Four weeks rent as bond; plus
- Two weeks rent in advance.
Our minimum stay is 28 days. You may vacate by giving 7 days notice.
