Log Cabin Park Accommodation supplies electricity and gas to residents through its embedded energy network.
Electricity prices
Our domestic electricity prices are equal to the Victorian Default Offer applicable to residential customers in the United Energy distribution zone.

The following domestic natural gas prices apply to Log Cabin Park residents from 15 July 2026:

Log Cabin Park Accommodation’s natural gas usage charge is equal to the AGL Smart Saver usage charge shown above and lower than the Origin, Lumo and EnergyAustralia usage charges. Its fortnightly supply charge is $0.43 higher than the AGL Smart Saver supply charge and lower than the other retailer supply charges shown.

Payment Support & Hardship Policy – Log Cabin Park Accommodation
Log Cabin Park Accommodation offers payment support in line with the Hardship policy, as required by the Australian Energy Regulator.
The support program is available to residents who are experiencing temporary or long-term financial difficulties that make paying their utilities bills difficult.
Our staff will work with residents to provide assistance tailored to their individual needs and establish a personalised payment plan. While actively participating in the support program – which includes adhering to their agreed payment plan – we will ensure that the electricity and gas are not disconnected.
We can also provide information about:
- payment options, including regular payment plans and access to Centrelink’s Centrepay facility;
- government concessions and other available assistance;
- free and independent financial counselling or other support services; and
- energy efficiency advice to help residents understand and manage energy usage.
How can Log Cabin Park Accommodation help?
This assistance is designed to make it easier for you to pay for your on-going energy usage, repay your arrears and lower your energy costs.
Options include:
- Payment arrangements that help you repay your arrears and pay for your on-going usage costs
- Specific advice about what your future energy costs are likely to be and how you can lower them
- Assistance in accessing energy concessions, government and non-government support services
If you are unable to pay the full amount of your ongoing energy use, you may be entitled to extra support including:
- A period of at least six months where repayment of arrears is put on hold while you work with us to lower your ongoing usage costs
- Energy saving tips and information on how you are tracking with reducing your energy costs
Will everyone know I am having difficulty paying my bills?
No. Your privacy is important to us. Any information we need to know about your situation will be managed in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act 1988.

We will endeavour to resolve your issue as quickly as possible in accordance with our Complaint Handling section of the Hardship policy and the Dispute Resolution procedure in the Park Rules.
However, if you remain dissatisfied, you may wish to contact the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria.

Family Violence Policy
This policy applies to all residential and small business energy customers at Log Cabin Park Accommodation who may be affected by family violence. It explains how we will help you if you tell us that you are experiencing family violence, including our obligations to protect your energy-related information, and support you if you are having trouble paying your energy bills.
This policy is in addition to any rights you may have under your relevant state or territory legislation (for example, tenancy legislation).

The purpose of this policy is to highlight the key features of the Log Cabin Park Accommodation Payment Support program and outline residents’ entitlements in accordance with the Energy Retail Code of Victoria and relevant legislation. This policy applies to all Log Cabin Park Accommodation residents connected to mains Electricity and Gas through the Log Cabin Park Accommodation Embedded Network.
