Your Application will be processed once the form has been submitted together with supporting documentation. Each applicant over 18 years must submit an individual Application Form. The Application is subject to approval and may take approximately 24 hours during Monday-Friday to process.
Please submit only one application form for each adult applying. If you miss out on the cabin you want but another cabin is available at a similar price, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Documents needed to accompany the Application are:
- Current Photo Identification being a Drivers Licence, Passport, Keypass or Proof of Age Card. (A Medicare card may be required to verify a Keypass).
- Proof of Income being two consecutive payslips and/or your Centrelink Statement of Income.
Please note the weekly rent does not include utilities being electricity and gas. These charges are separately metered and will be added to your account weekly.
Should your application be successful we will require the following payment:
- Four weeks rent as bond, plus two weeks rent in advance.
- $20.00 refundable deposit for remote entry key to boom gates (this will be refunded upon you vacating).
Our minimum stay is 28 days. You may vacate by giving 7 days notice.
